As you read this you’ll notice we have a few things in common – a few habits and maybe a few frustrations. Like me, you’re probably the type of person who cares about their health and tries to do many of the things you are “supposed” to be doing to stay healthy.

Packing a lunch – depending on how complex your lunch is, by the time you’ve cleaned and cut the veggies, set aside the right portions of pasta and cleaned all the extra Tupperware dishes at the end of the day, you’ve probably blown an extra 30 minutes.
